At Bushtukah, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal or bring your item to any Bushtukah retail location along with your original proof of purchase.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and tags are included to avoid processing delays.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Apply the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it at any authorized courier location, or simply hand it to a staff member in-store.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
